In times of lockdown, before attending your appointment, please read through the following new COVID secure guidelines:
You will receive an email confirming of your appointment that also contains you some questions relating to symptoms. Please make sure you reply to those questions before attending your appointment.
Unless a chaperone, parent or carer is required for specific support and care needs, please come alone for the appointment. Please leave accessory items (bags and coats) in the car, or travel with as little as possible.
To minimise face to face contact time I recommend to book an online consultation so that I can take information form you before your arriving at the clinic.
You will be asked if you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been experiencing any of the following symptoms in the previous 14 days:
- New or persistent cough
- Loss of taste or smell
If you or someone you live with develops symptoms of Covid-19 by the time of the appointment, please contact us before attending the clinic.
I will be wearing a face mask at all times and visor when appropriate. Unless exempted under the legislation, patients are required to wear a face covering. They will be asked to wash their hands upon entering and before leaving the clinic and to bring their own hand sanitiser. I will take their temperature at arrival.
We will maintain the safety distance for as much as is reasonably possible. Adequate amount of time is left between patients to sanitise and set up the room. During each session the room is constantly ventilated.
Coronavirus guidelines for over 70s and vulnerable people
Over 70s and vulnerable people are recommended of not visit the clinic, unless a case of emergency and upon my own decision. I will then ask to sign a disclaimer before receiving their treatment.
